St. Valentine Organizations

The Parent Teacher Club enhances the educational experience of the children attending St. Valentine School. The PTC strives to strengthen and support Christian family life among the students, their parents and teachers by offering fellowship, opportunities for communication, education and recreation, and involvement in charitable works. The PTC meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Library. The St. Valentine Men's Club sponsors the athletic programs of the parish. The Men's Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, August through June, at 8 pm in the School Meeting Room. The School Advisory Committee (SAC) reviews and makes recommendations regarding current policy and practice, acting in an advisory capacity to the Pastor and School Administrator. The School Improvement Team (SIT) is made up of representatives of the administration, faculty, School Stewardship Committee, School Activities Committee and the Men's Club. The SIT provides strategic planning for the school and coordinates and develops public relations activities. St. Valentine SCRIP Program. Provides the opportunity for families to purchase certificates to use at local merchants for the benefit of earning funds that can be disbursed back to participants in February of each year. For more information, contact: Kris Brake, (313) 533-7149.
